Welcome to the Aghi Laboratory at UCSF! 

The Aghi Lab investigates the tumor microenvironment (TME) of malignant brain tumors such as glioblastoma, brain metastases, and benign brain tumors such as pituitary adenomas. We are part of the UCSF Brain Tumor Center. We use techniques such as single cell sequencing, novel xenograft models, and collaborations with industry partners to investigate the role of the TME in the aggressive biology and therapeutic resistance of these tumors.
